Broadstairs & St Peter's Neighbourhood Plan 2nd Edition - Regulation 16 (the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012)

The Broadstairs & St Peter's Neighbourhood Plan was 'made' in May 2021. Broadstairs & St Peter's Town Council have been reviewing the Plan, and have submitted its proposed 2nd Edition of the Plan to Thanet District Council (TDC).

TDC now has to consult on the plan before submitting it for independent Examination.  The appointed Examiner will decide whether or not the 2nd Edition Neighbourhood Plan will be subject to a referendum, or if it can be adopted without the need for a referendum. This will depend on the Examiners view of the significance of the changes made to the plan since the original version.
