Broadstairs & St Peters Neighbourhood Plan Consultation (Regulation 16 - The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012)

Broadstairs Town Council has submitted its proposed Broadstairs & St Peters Neighbourhood Plan to Thanet District Council (TDC).

TDC now have to consult on the plan before submitting it for independent Examination.  If the Council accept the findings of the Examination, the plan will be subject to a referendum and then adopted by TDC as planning policy.

The Plan can be viewed and commented on here, and a copy can be downloaded from the PDF below.

Comments can be made online above, emailed to local.plans@thanet.gov.uk or a comments form can be posted to us at Strategic Planning, Thanet District Council, PO Box 9, Cecil Street, Margate, Kent CT9 1YW.

Comments must be received by TDC by 5pm on Friday 18th January 2019.
