The Inner Circuit Road and the upgrades to roads and junction should be carried out in the first stages and concurrently with the development. The wording "alongside" and "reasonably" are weak and allow delay to road improvements. Road upgrades and improvements would be essential to prevent log jams on the minor road network of Thanet during development works.
