We are however concerned that the proposed 'stepped trajectory' is incompatible with this aim and also the emphasis on ensuring there is a supply of specific deliverable sites sufficient to provide five years worth of housing with an

Housing Delivery in this plan in my view has not been clear through the consultation processes and open to changes I have issues on whether delivery will be made as stated in the plan. I reserve my view on this matter as i have made a representation on this.

This should be amended to read '....the Council will ensure that developments are supported by the necessary services and infrastructure.....'. The Council already 'can' ensure that infrastructure and services are in place but the development at Westwood is clear eveidence that it does not apply itself effectively to this task.
