An improved and enhanced PROW network will offer good public transport and active travel links with green infrastructure and open spaces so that members of the public are not dependent on private vehicle use for visiting these sites.

The modification is welcomed and supported in Principle. The policy should consider the wider aspect of providing new green infrastructure assets to the Thanet area as there may be other areas which will need to be created, enhanced and maintained to ensure that the district has a net gain
