Main modifications have been made to the non-strategic housing allocations "for clarity and effectiveness and consistency with the format of the strategic housing policies" – densities have not been referred to in policies HO1, HO11 and HO12.
It is also not clear whether the density in policies HO12, HO13, HO14, HO15, HO16 and HO17 are net or gross.
Some capacities listed in policy HO11 are not consistent with detailed policies for same sites.
