| Comment | The policy wording should include for an additional requirement for the Masterplan as follows: “Proposals will be judged and permitted only in accordance with a masterplan for the whole site which should include: - A scheme for protecting the development from aircraft noise This would be consistent with the terms established by the outline planning permission for 785 dwellings granted on the site (namely Condition 35 of OL/TH/14/0050). |
