Land off Pudding Mill Lane, to the west of Birchington. The site is located to the west of Birchington-on-sea and measures approximately 21.6 ha. A railway line is located to the south of the site and the sea is located to the north. Land to the west of Minnis Road. The site is located to the west of Minnis Road and to the south of a railway line, and measures approximately 3.1 ha. We consider that an appropriate density for the site would be up to 35 dwellings per hectare net in accordance with Policy SP14. The site is located adjacent to strategic allocation S515, as identified in the LP Preferred Options Consultation document. We consider that the site could be incorporated into the wider development proposals for the dr

My main comments to the Preferred Options Plan will be submitted later today. There are some additional sites that I am separately bringing to your attention that I would request are included at the next stage of plan preparation which either already have permission (and I would request are shown as allocations in future updates of the Proposals Map for consistency) or have not previously been considered and I would request are reviewed before the submission version of the Local Plan is prepared

Land at Summer Road - Inclusion of the residential site attached as an allocation My main comments to the Preferred Options Plan will be submitted later today. This is an additional site that I am separately bringing to your attention and would request is assessed as an allocation as you progress to the submission stage of the Local Plan. Land to the south of Monkton Street, adjacent to Foxhunter Park, Monkton CT12 4JQ We submit representations and suggest the inclusion of this site as an additional housing allocation. The site is approximately two hectares in area and capable of accommodating between 50 and 60 dwellings plus strategic landscaping along its southern boundary to provide a softer edge to the settlement. The site is surrounded by built development on three sides. On the fourth to the south of the site is land whic

The Council has failed to take advantage of reviewing the employment land allocation in this Proposed Revision to draft Local Plan (Preferred Options) document. The Council should have included the vacant almost derelict land north of the Dane Valley Enterprise Centre for employment use. There is demand for small industrial/workshop units in the area to encourage employment and enterprise and create job. In the January 2015 Draft Local Plan consultation, I promoted the development of this site
